Delivery

At Pob Pawen, our delivery service aims to ensure the swift and safe shipment of your purchases, to the postal address specified in your order.  We take all reasonable care to ensure orders are delivered to the address given. We cannot, however, be in any way liable for a failed delivery, when it occurs because of incorrectly entered address data.

We apologise but we are not able to process any orders to a PO Box address or deliver outside the UK.

Standard UK delivery £3.95*   Pob Pawen deliver to any destination in the UK for free if your order is over £40. 

 We are a small business and standard delivery will be within 3-5 working days, we don’t have the capacity of Amazon!

We offer a free click and collect service from Clarach, Aberystwyth. Simply select the click and collect option on your order, and you'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Returns  & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Pob Pawen. You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them if you are not fully satisfied or have changed your mind, as long as the items have not been used and the tags are still attached. You will receive a full refund in such cases, but you will need to cover the return postage costs.

To return or exchange an item, carefully repackage it and send it to:

Please include your order number (e.g., HH12345) and reason for return when returning an item.

Please ensure that the item is returned with sufficient postage to cover the cost of delivery in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please use the most suitable packaging. We may exchange the same product for a different size, which could result in a price difference. In such cases, we will process the refund or request further payment before completing the exchange process.

Your return will be processed within 14 days of receiving your parcel, without affecting your 30-day return window.
